How delab creative studio handles personal data on this website.

Who we are

This website is run by delab creative studio, founded by Ringailė Demšytė and based in Vilnius, Lithuania. We are responsible for the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at hello@delab.lt or through the contact form.

What we collect and why

When you use the contact form

We receive your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. We use them only to reply to you and, if we work together, to arrange the commission, workshop or talk you asked about. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your details for marketing.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

When you browse the site

This website does not use cookies, advertising or tracking. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. We do not use this data to identify you.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that messages are sent by people, not bots. While the check runs, Turnstile reads technical signals from your browser and device. It is used only for this check, not for advertising or for tracking you across websites. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of spam (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who processes data for us

We use a small number of service providers, each only for the purpose listed:

  • Cloudflare: hosting, security and the spam check on the contact form (Turnstile).
  • Resend: delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
  • Sanity: stores the content of this website and serves its images. It does not receive anything you enter.
  • Hostinger: hosts our mailbox, hello@delab.lt, where your messages and our replies are kept.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers of personal data to them are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as we need them to answer you and, if we work together, for the duration of the collaboration and any period required by accounting or tax law. Otherwise we delete them within two years of our last contact.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to us at hello@delab.lt or through the contact form.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate, or the authority in the country where you live.

Changes

We update this page when our practices change. Last updated: October 2026.
